This page is for comments about the calculators. It does not ask for an account, and it does not ask for a customer’s name, a price, or anything else from a quote. Leave those out even if a box looks open.
Feedback is not open yet. Add the published Google Form address in js/feedback-config.js, then reload this page. Until that address is a real Google Forms link, there is no submit button and nothing is sent.

Yes, maybe, or no. Answering does not start a subscription. This site has no payment form.
When feedback is open, those answers are entered on Google Forms. This website does not store them and does not send the quote open in your browser. Read the privacy policy for where a connected form sends what you type. The contact page is separate and still has no message form.
